I can't belived the stupid board approved the supt. contract until 2012!! We need to vote these people out. Cartmill, Ricasa and Lopez!

Yes, 3 for and 2 against the renewal. Sandoval & Quinones voting no. What is Sandoval's motive?
He had lots to say on Monday night.
Ricasa mostly made faces and B. Lopez rambled about her offspring at a local middle school.
Cartmill did not even show up to the pre-closed session public discourse. Later, he looked red and puffy. Jose Preciado of National City gave a pitch for Gandara. He seemed to be annoyed that people keep bringing up Gandara's penchant for apple pies on our dime. He also was bothered that the media repeatedly contacts him for commentary. He noted that Gandara "has a wife" and this seems to be a good reason to remain as superintendent. Preciado's supportive three minutes of random jabs at the world in general in defense of Gandara makes Palin's quitter speech appear coherent.

I couldn't believe it when I heard about Evil G. contract! What is the world were they thinking. This man has dragged SUHSD in the mud, in the papers and nothing positive is coming out. All I can think of is that there is a major hidden agenda for these board members or Evil G. has something on them. I am really considering putting my kids back in private school where they will have small classes.

Have they even been out to school sites to see the giant classes (55-60 in some cases) while they spend money on consultants/ bloated admin salaries and show up late to board meetings?
250K and all the pie you can eat and it ain't humble pie. Nope.
