Communication Censored by the District?

Thursday April 23, pink handouts reminding the Sweetwater family of the April 27 board meeting were pulled from staff boxes. Now, rumors and questions abound. Were they SEA flyers pulled illegally by a district management mandate? What was wrong with them?
What is going on? Similarly virtual communications have been occurring on First Class.
Posts to ALL SUHSD languish for hours/days before the italics are removed or, more frequently, mysteriously disappear. Again, the questions and rumors multiply as people scratch their heads and wonder what is going on?
It would be useful for some discussion here because this brick is feeling kind of thick. Anybody out there able to explain the legalities of the disappearing communication?

I am pretty sure the district has the right to remove any content that is not with in the "work/education" frame of mind. They are the ones that own the rights to the First Class program, and operate the server/service, when you sign-on from school or home. When you are signing in for a session what you are doing is asking to be let into the server that the district owns...
Next topic is the internet. They can block internet pages too, web accounts the like as well when you are at school. Why? Again they own the server. Next time you look at the top of your internet page, at the very top top left corrner and read the heading, it ALWAYS ends with Internet Explorer/Safari/Firefox PROVIDED BY SUHSD...
They are providing that service because you are operating on their servers.
Both First Class and they internet at school are CENSORED NETWORKS!!!
They own the service/servers they can pull the plug whenever they want.
So yes, any comments left on ALL SUHSD can, and have been going through a censor. Sorry, and they are within their legal rights to do so. Especially with the opinonated comments that are showing up as of late. They are questionable materal, that has no DIRECT educational benifit. This also goes to all other emails that I have seen as well about come to so and so's party, and buy AVON from me as well, if you really want to be on the line...but with the emails that are up and down they perhaps are stating things that can be concidered hearsay, and or the author can be liable, which is not good for the person that wrote it, and or the reader that it might effect.

USE OUT SIDE SITE AND SOURCES TO COMMUNICATE! BOTTOM LINE

The whole SEA flyer thing...that's a joke really.
Did Admin break the law? Yes
Are the Admin folks at schools being used? Yes they are running scared, why they are not protected people. They have it worst than the teachers right now, if you feel like teachers are getting shut down, talk to an AP or Principal...It's either the districts way or the highway.
Can you blame them? Sure why not...Does that solve anything? NO. So move on!
Also I heard that SEA placed these flyers in the district mail, which is CENSORED as well, and wanted the district to deliver the flyers to the campues. That is silly why would SEA ever do that? That's like asking someone to hand you the gun that you are going to kill them with. Do you think they are going to do it??? NO.

My question is where is that email list that "all" SEA members signed up for??? When all this was starting? Why is it not being used to communicate with ALL of US at the same time, and more often??? Why is it when you write SEA an email does it take one, two, three, never weeks for someone to write you back???

COMMNICATION IS KEY TO KEEPING PEOPLE UNITED, MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Did everybody get their SEA newsletter in their boxes Friday?
Reprint of SD Union Tribune letter to the editor regarding "roiling district" is in it. Also the flyer that was pulled is the reprinted on back of newsletter. Someone said it was pulled because all four unions promote the rally. I guess that makes it illegal: people coming together.
If you did not get it ask your union rep for it.
It is called the SEA Advocate.

Pulling info out of mailboxes, not letting people get together, secrecy...is it 2009 or 1773???
